Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
We accept returns only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and the return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@rukundoessentials.com with your order number and reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund after review.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Wholesale Orders
All wholesale and bulk orders are final sale unless the items arrive damaged or incorrect.
